Liked: The guy who checked us in was very nice. That’s all that was good about this place.
Disliked: Booked in, got our room. First room deadbolt didn’t lock, bedding all stained, shower door wouldn’t close. 2nd room, toothpaste spit in sink, on the main floor and the window didn’t latch they had a stick holding it closed but it still was able to be opened about 2 inches from the outside of the room, shower was dirty in both rooms, and had (looked like) coffee spilled in bathroom but obviously not cleaned up. 3rd room slightly better(on 2nd floor) but still dirty stained sheets and bed. Dirty floor and shower. We decided that we weren’t comfortable staying there and requested money back. Which they apparently are not giving and refuse to talk to booking.Com or myself to settle this. Save your money and find somewhere else to stay.

Disliked: There was no chair in room and no garbage can to throw trash in had throe ur on the floor bed were not conforbale at all and pool was out service here said be working I think pool has not Bern up running since covid I stay here before I gad better experience before nothing like this

Disliked: I booked it for location, pool and hot tub.Pool andztot Tub out of order. Perhaps an update on their website that both were not operable, I would not have made reservations to stay there. Since the only amenities that had were not in operation they should have compensated another way. You could get coffee all day but juice was turned off by 9:00am. Their sign said they were short staffed so any freshness to rooms was not included. In addition, floors were never vacuumed. Overall very disappointing
