Will never try again and...

Disliked: Toilet was not flushing, bad smell in the room. Chrge $5 more than I paid on line. Card key was blocked the second day.

Disliked: The staff at check in charged me extra, and did not accept what I paid on line. She saud it was taces, but I prepaid hte taxes on line.

Liked: It was very clean and convenient
Disliked: They charge me 3 dlls and said it was a extra tax but in the receipt didn’t say that it was because the app was cheaper that theirs so they just charge me the difference it wasn’t about the 3 dlls it was about lying in my face telling it was a extra tax

Liked: I liked the location. I also liked the size of the room.I liked the air conditioner of the room.
Disliked: The staff were so rude.The keys didn't work.There were so noises inside the rooms.no room servise

You get what you pay...

Liked: Easily accessible and in a convenient area. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Handle fell off of the toilet the first time using it while I was staying at the hotel and I was told by staff to just remove the top lid and pull the lever for the duration of my stay. Had frequent issues as well with the keycard and eventually ended up having to get the whole thing switched out because it just fully stopped working.

Hidden Cost

Liked: Ubication and near stores
Disliked: In order to stay at the hotel, they asked me for a guarantee of $60 per night and they never returned the value for the 2 nights to my credit card.

Superb

Liked: Cheap and close enough to Wrigley Field. Barbara at the front desk, allowed us to check in and was pleasant and friendly.
Disliked: The rooms could really use another garbage can or two and maybe a shelf in the shower

Clean and comfortable and close...

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. Location was very handy for Little India and the restaurants there. We enjoyed great Indian and Lebnani food during our stay. Bus stop was five minutes walk away.
Disliked: No public bar close by
