Very poor

For my trip, my stay...

Liked: The reservation process was quick and easy. When I checked in there was no problem. The location was perfect for my trip. The cost for the room was good for my comfort.
Disliked: The hotel is an older building and although it was clean there were wear and tear spots. The toilet was way lower then I was used to and the sink had a big crack. There was cold cereal at breakfast but no fruit or yogurt. I also did not notice coffee anywhere.

Liked: I parked super close to the door. It was very convenient.
Disliked: They had a window I could open

Disliked: It was a very bad experience to spend 2 nights in this hotel.We arrived late, after a 10-hour trip very tired, and waited a long time to be checked in. The receptionist was slow and unfriendly.We asked what time it's going to be breakfast, he said at 7 am - but at 7 am there was no breakfast, not even hot tea. We asked why there was no breakfast, the receptionist replied that when there are few guests, breakfast is at 8.The next day there was no breakfast either at 7 or 8 in the morning.EVERYTHING in the rooms is dirty except the sheets on the beds.The floor is sticky.The table surface is sticky.The chairs are dirty and unpleasant to sit on.The towels are old and washed out.The window glass is dusty and dirty.The air conditioner doesn't work.The microwave is dirty inside and out and it doesn't work.Lamps are dusty.There is an unpleasant smell in the rooms.The refrigerator is working and wifi is OK

Liked: Absolutely nothing!!!
Disliked: That place was so bad, we booked another hotel. Didn't even stay 1hr! Horrible smell, filthy rooms, dirty sheets, dirty walls, DISGUSTING toilet and shower. My husband and myself walked into the room, inhaled stench, opened the window to air out. We went and had dinner and while eating my husband called and got us another hotel ! Thank goodness. This place was 1 step above a dumpster. Don't bother

Liked: The owners were rude. When I called to tell him my air conditioner didn’t work he hung up on me. When he finally did come to the room he couldn’t fix it. Did he offer a different room or a discount? No! There were only 2 other cars there all night. He had plenty of rooms. The place was filthy. I couldn’t take a shower because the bathtub was gross. I also had a hard time sleeping because of the truck noise. He stuck me in a room as far away from the office as he could and it was next to a highway. Like I said all other rooms were open!False advertising! There was no continental breakfast. I WANT A REFUND PLEASE. THAT IS A REDICULOUS AMOUNT TO PAY FOR SUCH A HORRIBLE PLACE. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!
