Disliked: Not like the pictures - pretty shabby, pool was not available for use. Internet was horrible - spent hours trying to get back on after it cut us off. Coffee maker in room leaked. Worst part was the red smudge of fingerprints on back of the bathroom door.

Liked: It was in a good location in Alameda, across the river from Oakland, so not quite as dangerous a neighborhood. There were restaurants nearby, and since I was traveling by train, it's closeness to the rail connections was a big plus. The room's heating worked well (digital thermostat) and the bathroom was good.

Disliked: The staff was argumentative unfriendly sarcastic..I just had surgery and I ask her why we had to be in cold in remodeling she got mad and told me I did t have to stay there and I said I obviously want to stay Here I just had surgery she said she didn't care I can go so she was seriously nasty and rude and I wohkd not come back becaue of that experience and I travel alot
