Liked: Beds seemed to be clean. Good amount of pillows.
Disliked: Not like the pictures - pretty shabby, pool was not available for use. Internet was horrible - spent hours trying to get back on after it cut us off. Coffee maker in room leaked. Worst part was the red smudge of fingerprints on back of the bathroom door.

Disliked: no privacy very nosey. they the owners have pockets of lil violations of having Ownership for this facility. which i read was against the Law and our Rights as a customer. and that will cause paperwork from lawyers. tell them to be cautious of violations commited

Disliked: Noticed some of the people around the hotel were kinda scary type, no Idea why I didn’t feel so comfortable staying there and the vibes were kinda not bad

Disliked: 2 really dreadful pillows- when I asked for an extra front staff brought me one, but she didn’t even have a pillowcase with it. Lots “ characters “ in the parking lot hanging around lots of pot smoking and parties. I did not feel safe. Comforter on the bed was stained all over.

Great Price, Great Alameda Location!!

Liked: Very convenient Alameda location close to 880 via the Tube. Walk to Starbucks, Peets next door. A great price, no frills, you just get what you pay for.
Disliked: Really it’s about as good as you can expect and hope for but I feel much safer than staying in Oakland!!

Will not stay here ever...

Disliked: Housekeeping stole personal items and hotel refused to do anything about it.
