Good but not great

Liked: The hotel is dated and the room smelled awful.. staff were very nice and the breakfast above average. They even had overnight oats that are trending right now topped with fresh fruit. There is also alot of noise from the street so ask for water view. Maybe it was just the I got. Otherwise it would have been a perfect stay.
