Liked: The location was excellent. Concerns regarding the room were addressed immediately. Other than one front desk attendant, most were attentive and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The room was advertised as having a couch, but it was only a single arm chair. The toilet clogged upon first use and the microwave did not work, but they did send someone to fix them very quickly. The room configuration was odd, in that the kitchenette area contained a small sink, and the adjoining bathroom had only a toilet and tub/shower. This was awkward for someone with a medical condition needing a sink in the bathroom. Several of the lights/outlets did not work. It also was not clear to me from the registration site that most of the rooms were a motel set-up, so you had to walk outside to get to the front desk, pool, fitness center, etc. which would be fine in the summer, but unexpected for an off-season stay.
