We would definately recommend John...

Liked: Beautiful views of the water! Short walk to town and John was very hospitable and passed on many good thoughts about the area.
Disliked: Road to get there is narrow, but Kinsale is an easy walk so we only had to worry about that road when heading out for our daily excursions outside of Kinsale

Lovely staff and comfortable stay

Liked: John and the staff were lovely. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. It was what we expected in terms of value for money and facilities.
Disliked: We didn't quite expect it to be at the top of a hill but the walk wasn't too bad. The neighbouring rooms were very loud and noise carried quite badly.
