We've atayed here twice and...

Liked: Large room, great views since it was a corner room, professional friendly staff, one block walk to shops and restaurants, Keurig coffee make in room, ample free parking, hot coffee all day, and generous breakfast offerings.
Disliked: The breakfast offerings could include a waffle maker and/or locally made pastries. The pastries were dry, industrially produced ones.

Great location, particularly if room...

Liked: Breakfast was standard-issue "free breakfast" (as if there's ever such a thing) business hotel. One will always get a better breakfast at a local greasy spoon View? Fantastic.
Disliked: Place is overdue for an upgrade. Primary signage isn't lighted and makes it hard to find. Carpets in halls are worn, dirty, and overdue for replacement. Vinyl floor molding in bathroom poorly fitted and impossible to clean.

Good value stay in Rockland

Liked: Clean and friendly, lots of space
Disliked: Typical hotel breakfast

Liked: The room we had was spacious, and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and not be on top of each other, and the same goes for the size of the bathroom.

Liked: So clean, great size room with a view of the harbor, yummy breakfast and quiet! Will be back to stay again!
