Breakfast Time

Liked: Leisure centre, Bedroom, Staff are lovely
Disliked: I didn't like the Breakfast, much prefer to be able to get up and walk around and choose our own Breakfast rather than being served and calling the staff over a few times during the Breakfast, we have stayed in this hotel every year for a number of years and pre covid we could get up and choose our Breakfast ourselves

Disliked: I was woken up at 6am by two security guards banging on my door telling me there was someone in my room that shouldn’t be which made no sense whatsoever I had a double room booked and my friend was there with me I told them they could come in a look if they wanted to and they warned me not to bring anyone else into the room for literally no reason whatsoever

Liked: Great location and front desk staff, Suttons staff and the lady in the breakfast room were all incredible
Disliked: Our shower wasn’t clean when we arrived, shower gel from previous guests all over the floor, no shampoo the squeeze bottle was empty, one tissue was in the tissue box so it was essentially just for show, breakfast food wasn’t great as a vegetarian, my partner enjoyed it but I had slim to none options for a hot breakfast. I wouldn’t stay again just based off cleanliness. Plus the floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned there was footprints on the tiles

Liked: We loved everything about this hotel it was our second time staying here, and just like our first stay here, it was amazing. The staff are super friendly and are always ready to help. The room is super cosy and very clean, and the leisure centre was amazing with a great size pool
Disliked: There was not one thing we didn't like. we can't wait for our next stay
