Really enjoy the Health and...

Liked: Health and Leisure club
Disliked: Directions were not enough especially inside the lift to find your room.The noise like footsteps kind of disturbing. The high steps in going to the shower..The shower nozzle attached the wall.Not enough towels provided.no sockets at the bedside table.No caution sign where there is construction/ menworking

It was fine, nothing special...

Liked: Room was OK, front desk staff were OK, restaurant staff were very good. Food was OK, not as good as I was expecting.
Disliked: Signage within the hotel is terrible. I had to ask three people where the reception desk was.

Liked: Very spacious room, nice pool facilities, friendly staff at reception.
Disliked: Slow service in the hotel restaurant, slightly dated bathroom. A little too far outside central Cork to be convenient for the Jazz festival.
