Liked: The location, and the food and service were excellent. Breakfast was served at the table, which is a nice change.
Disliked: I couldn’t find any faults

Liked: Great location. The roof top restaurant and terrace were superb.
Disliked: Room was a bit disappointing in size.

Disappointing.

Liked: The location is perfect. The building is beautiful in that it is old but well maintained. It is hold with a terrace that looks over the entire city. The rooms are well insulated and seem sound proof.
Disliked: Basic things didn't work which was surprising for an expensive five star hotel. There was no real customer service before we arrived. The AC in the room couldn't be switched off so we were freezing. The toilet couldn't flush and staff responsiveness was rather slow. There were other little things but those were the three big ones.
