Liked: - the room was tidy- bathroom was ok- location is excellent - room service is great - staff overall are professional - concierge staff were very helpful - had a problem before checking out the safe stopped working after informing the front office about my issue all they needed is 5 minutes and the technician was there and solved the problem Such excellence is a trademark of Rocco forte collection
Disliked: - unfortunately one cup was dirty in the room - the sink and the shower gets clogged - rates of the rooms are a little higher than what I would’ve expected - unfortunately one of the biggest problems is the sounds outside the room

Liked: You can't beat the location right next to the main Square. The staff spoil you with their service and you feel being looked after.
Disliked: The only thing I can think of is unreasonably costly minibar items in the room. I know you always pay more for items purchased from your room directly but it still feels weird to pay 9 euros for a small glass bottle of water. Other than that everything perfect!

Liked: Excellent location; one block away from the Grand Square/Grote Markt. Nice shops and restaurants in immediate vicinity. Valet parking was easy and professional.
Disliked: In the midst of a super busy tourist area
