Disliked: The mini bar was not refilled daily (not at all)

Liked: Hotel is in excellent condition, with great lobby and bar. Staff are numerous, well-trained and helpful
Disliked: During reservation and check-in process, as a splurge, we upgraded three times, winding up in a full suite. The room (5th floor) just wasn't such a great space -- lots of room wasted in hallway, under low-cut dormer roof etc.

Disliked: Not sure I could justify price compared to alternatives, but you get what you pay for I suppose.

Liked: Staff very professional and friendly. Great location. The concierge having senior staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Old hotel but renovated. Path room can be improved as it still old fashion. Breakfast needs big improvements.

Liked: The staff made everything in their effort make our stay more comfortable and conevinent as much as possible. I loved to the little details in the room such as the night cream they left on the bed. Also, I really liked the spaciousness of the bathroom and the room itself.
