The perfect location to enjoy...
Liked: We loved our stay at Amigo. Staff was very attentive to details from the check-in to the check-out. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Location is just perfect next to Grand Place and the historical center of Brussels.
Disliked: If we really need to mention something here, breakfast could have one notch better quality for the standard of the hotel.

Welcoming location & staff made...
Liked: I was upgraded to a larger room which had a view of the local street. The room service for "working dinners" on 2 different nights was excellent. The food arrived well prepared and the server set the meal up in a manner i could continue working. There was a treat of macarons gifted to the order. i also ordered breakfast on 2 occasions which came timely and well prepared. In addition all the staff greeted me every time I came in & out of the hotel, asking if I needed anything and politely offer their services if requested.
Disliked: The rain head shower didn't have hot enough water to use. The bathtub faucet and handheld shower head had plenty of hot water.

Liked: Central location Cozy atmosphere Upgraded on check-in Reception and bell boy staff were the best.
Disliked: Room, bathroom, toilet Hygiene was a big issue during my visit this time, despite asking the hotel to give it more attention prior to my visit. Some of the issues were addressed after our checked in and pointed them out. Yet, house keeping did not do a good job despite the repeated requests from my self and the reception staff until the fourth day. Breakfast was poor in terms of service (except for the gentleman with the glasses) and quality of food Were charged different prices despite having the same order on two different days. The service at the bar/lobby is one of the worst I have ever experienced. Concierge was kind of helpful but kept sending those “tip” signals every time we ask for a dinner reservation. I appreciate the floor manager trying to resolve some of the issues. However, those issues shouldn’t have been encountered at a 5 stars hotel at the level of RF and could’ve been easily prevented. Being a frequent visitor to RF in Italy, there is a huge gap in standards.
