Hotel was close to our concert so it was very convenient to walk to and from the venue. The hotel was very welcoming but room hadn't been vacuumed.

Liked: Close to the Prudential Center.
Disliked: Fruit loops in the floor, so guessing they really didn't vacuum. No hair dryer in the room.

Disliked: Noise; old bathrooms but clean; main desk people didn't seem particularily caring especially in dealing with a complaint.

Overall we had a good experience at the hotel and look forward to returning when we are in town for another event at the NJPAC.

Liked: The room was clean and the breakfast was good but needs to have more choices.
Disliked: There were no femine products available in the entire hotel.

They asked me for a credit card in case of any incidents and they charged me 28.00 dollars and I did not use the phone, take anything or use anything that was not included in what I paid at the front for.

Nice location for Prudential events.

Hotel was more upscale than anticipated. Very reasonably priced. Great food at bar. Accommodating and friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast. Just a 5 minute walk to the Prudential Center.

Liked: Clean; friendly; close to concert venue.
Disliked: Room smelled like stale smoke.
