Liked: I love Beth she was amazing and extremely understanding a issue with my card due to a site I did the booking on. She was amazing extremely respectful understanding of my crazy class schedule. She would text me about local events that were coming but she always had a bright smile in passing she was wonderful my favorite staff I love this place its like a home not a hotel you have a kitchen to cook, a living room separate from the bedroom a huge bedroom and extremely comfortable bed stocked with extra pillows towels for the pool blankets sheets the closet is a huge mirror like huge 15 girls can easily use it at once! Honestly I love staying at this resort it's extremely laid back friendly some staff come off not as nice but if you her Beth your in good hands that girl is awesome people need more positive energy and I was stressing over my classes schedule plues never knowing my check out date my card being pain in my butt she never once rushed me.or made me feel like it was a big deal she understood and said no problem when you get a chance please stop by the front desk I'll be here take your time. I point this out only because my last day sadly Beth wasn't working and two staff members made a rude commitment about my problem so gong from such a wonderful person from start and her positive energy upbeat joyful always with a big bight smile to straight rude left a sour taste with me but it's definitely worth brushing that off because the place is awesome the house keepers are extremely friendly and kind if you do stay don't forget to always leave them a tip because the rooms are so clean and they work hard to keep everything clean. Over all it's amazing and most staff are like a new friend for a short stay and I would like to thank the hotel for the respect the staff that go over and above to make your guests feel like family from the first step into the office even the two that were rude it's was still worth IT.
Disliked: The two rude staff that made it seem like they had to chase me down when they literally just texted me and I said I would be staying another night due to a card issue I have to transfer money run into town and pull it out 30 minutes tops. They said when I went to go pay of you end up staying tomorrow do us a favor do km t make us have to scramble around to find you just have the payment ready before so we don't have to text you. Like wtf okay but I can only move the money the day of it's a school card for travel can't just pull cash I was using my personal card but a site kept taking 97$ ended up pulling 700$ and I had my card locked waiting for the changes to be returned by but honestly those two I know not to deal with or at least I know not to talk to just make the payment not say a word and keep it pushing.
