Yikes! for everything except the...

Liked: The hotel is an easy walk to Disneyland.
Disliked: The room was incredibly noisy. The worst of it being from the broken heating unit that made a tremendous amount of noise every time it activated. The room was dirty with a sticky floor, odd dirty paper artwork drilled onto the walls. I get wanting a budget stay since you're not going for the hotel, but I've stayed in a comparable place directly across the street and it was much quieter and cleaner.

Liked: I found a big on my pillow in the first inspection of the room b fore I sat down or took things out of my car. The staff gave me a new room pretty quickly so that's nice.
Disliked: I wish there wasn't bugs in the room they tried to give me first. I hadn't even sat down before seeing an adult bed bug in one of the pillows

Liked: Owners friendly. Housekeeping staff friendly.
Disliked: Roach in room. Trash from previous tenant found behind the dresser drawer. Noisy neighbors, thin walls.

A good clean room, great...

Liked: My daughter and I really liked the location, it was only a short walk to Disneyland and to a lot of great restaurants and stores. It certainly wasn’t fancy, and to be honest can use a refurbishment. However, It was clean and had hot water in the shower and a larger fridge and microwave. A special shout out to the staff, they were super accommodating and even let us have an early check in and preferred room on the ground floor as I rented a scooter.
Disliked: Unfortunately the pool was out of order and as mentioned the room needed a refurbishment, however if only using to stay after the parks it was just fine. One other thing I should mention as with a lot of motels I have stayed at, the walls are paper thin. Conversations could be heard, and we had a very party like family above us, that were very loud and heavy footed.
