Good location, tired building

Liked: Good location, close to centre and lots of food options around
Disliked: No secure wifi, room wasn’t cleaned during stay, noisy

Disliked: The room smelled of cigarette smoke which wasn’t very pleasant

Diabolical

Liked: The pictures were the worst representation of the reality that I've ever seen. The beds were filthy, the floor was dusty with rubbish in the corners behind the beds, we stayed the first night since we'd already checked in and we gave plenty of notice as soon as we'd arrived to cancel the second night however when booking.com tried to accomadate us with that request the motel didn't allow it. We moved regardless it was that bad.Worst place I've ever stayed.

Liked: The lady was lovely and very accommodating with my late check-in when I was in a pickle with a flat tyre. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The location was central. I was able to park right outside the room. The AC worked well and there was tea/ coffee/ basic toiletries and milk provided. The kids loved the pool, and the little dog.
Disliked: I wish there was a couch. In a family room it just would have been nice to watch tv on the couch. The shower pressure was so low it took forever to wash our hair. But overall it is a good place to stay!

Disliked: No lights working externally on property. No do not disturb door sign available so they entered our room and moved my nightie. Mould in shower, toilet door couldn’t close so ppl could see you on toilet, hole in wall behind toilet door. No door at bathroom so ppl could sit on chairs or beds and watch you shower or dress!!! Glass in room front door so doesn’t feel secure as ppl could look in and see silhouettes. Front room door has been patched and is rather flimsy lock is rather standard so not very secure. Floors are dusty so feet were always dirty, beds were rock hard. Tv wouldn’t load and said connected to internet but wasn’t. There was no room guide on the internet or anything just town flyers. Smells of cigarette smoke everywhere, chairs and ashtrays right at room window and door. On arrival there was a person waiting for service at the reception desk the lady behind the desk ignored her spoke over her and checked me in. It was very rude and off putting. There was no communication just asked my name didn’t ask for proof and told me to take a milk here’s your key rooms over there and pointed. That was it. No explanation on what’s available onsite. No greeting no nothing. She was very dismissive.
