Although there was building work going on which we had been informed about, we had a very nice stay with a lovely breakfast. Will definitely go back.

Liked: Staff were lovely; room clean and warm and cosy. Swimming pool and jacuzzi very clean and open early in morning right through till 9p.m.

Liked: Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very nice receptionist who helped with my enquiries in regards to arriving early and parking. There is a charge of £9. for 24 hours. I arrived at 11 am. I paid for my parking. I was very happy to leave my van for the duration of my stay. It is just a short walk into town. The Christmas decorations were so pretty all around the hotel. There was plenty of festive spirit. There was a lovely atmosphere all around.I only saw the last 30 minutes of the evening entertainment. The singer was very entertaining. The entertainment lounge is very nice, with plenty of room. It's a great dance floor, too Breakfast was £7.50, There was ample choice. It tasted good. The scrambled egg was very buttery. There are plenty of drinks to choose from. I opted for 2 pots of tea!A very pleasant place to stay. There are ongoing refurbishments. The hotel will look great once they are all completed. I would recommend staying here.Every aspect of the hotel was very clean. The housekeeping staff do a fantastic job. The dining staff were very pleasant and accom

Liked: Location was close enough to sea front
Disliked: Not very family oriented has small lifts but still had to lift prams up to sets of steps very narrow corridors and the rooms could benefit from a refurb as they are very outdated

Liked: LOVELY new ENSUITE in bedroom, room bit tight , venues of wallsneeded to clip curtain together in middle to stay shut, as outside hotel light very bright which shone into room.Breakfast nice simple chose. plenty for all.
Disliked: bed was not to my liking: was given extra sheet to place on mattress which helped own shower gel required, as you old get packet of hotel shower gel on first night.the pool was closed due to maintenance, ( also if you going to use pool bring your own towels )
