Although there was building work going on which we had been informed about, we had a very nice stay with a lovely breakfast. Will definitely go back.

Liked: Staff were lovely; room clean and warm and cosy. Swimming pool and jacuzzi very clean and open early in morning right through till 9p.m.

Disliked: Was disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room I booked was supposed to have been a refurbished room, the room was smelly, damp and mouldy. Doesn't look like it's been refurbished. The facilities were poor and no WiFi in the hotel room whatsoever.

Disliked: Old fashioned, damp with green and black mold on walls and wallpaper pealing off the walls. Shower rooms had 18” base unless you paid extra per£30 per person per night extra to upgrade.

Only one lift that could take three or four people, less if you had luggage and charge £300 if lift got stuck. £2 for coffee or hot water
