Liked: Everything very nice place

It was relaxing.

Liked: The pool and jacuzzi were nice. The room was very clean and spacious.
Disliked: The elevator wasn’t working and it was a long walk to the pool. Didn’t like the layout of the hotel.

Disliked: The AC wasn't working and power went out in the morning which made it hard for checking out and no extension was given

Great rooms, ocean view, traffic...

Liked: I liked that the rooms are suites with full kitchens - fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee-maker, sink.I liked that the living-room sofa is a sofa-bed.
Disliked: I didn't like the traffic noise and wasn't thrilled with the staff. The ground-floor units, although they have ocean views, are very close to Pacific Coast Hwy and the traffic noise drowns out the ocean sounds all day until about 2AM. A room on a higher floor might be better.When checking in, the staff did not give us clear directions to the room. We had to wander around looking for it and the elevator ourselves. In the middle of the first day I asked the desk staff for another couple of coffee packets. They never were delivered. I went down that night and asked the concierge and he was able to get them to us.
