Disliked: Staff were very rude on check in - receptionist more interested in texting on her mobile than helping us out with an issue with our booking/payment Booking.com failed to send our money to the property and despite explaining and showing proof of our payment, we were forced to pay again rather than the staff offering to take the issue up with booking.com. Receptionists appeared unbothered and a little incompetent.

Liked: The hotel was awesome! Way nicer than expected! Great location, great room! Even had a heated pool!

Liked: Super clean and the staff was awesome. Gave us recommendations for restaurants nearby and came up multiple times to help with the internet in our room. (Turns out it was down in the area due to a storm)
Disliked: It's loud. I thought they were playing Mario cart going round and round with the cleaning carts in the morning. It's also older and our room could have used some up grades. If you are facing the pool there is no privacy if you open the only large window.
