Substandard. When speaking with desk...

Liked: Location was ideal which was main reason we picked it.
Disliked: Desk staff was surly. Housekeeping staff was nice, but found them washing glasses in bathroom sink and drying with bath towel. Superficially clean as long as you didn’t look too closely.Pool area smelled strongly of sewer. We didn’t use it.Only powdered creamer available at “continental” breakfast.

Disliked: the room was freezing heaters did not work even after transfered to another room we come often to this hotel will not go in winter months unless they upgrade the heating
