Exceptional

Liked: The room was clean, beds were comfortable.They were actually extra towels in the bathroom, most hotels only give you one set per person. I left my tablet by accident, the staff turned it into the front desk who in return called me and they are shipping it to me! I was so thankful that they called me. You do not find that honesty anywhere nowadays!

We have stayed here twice...

Liked: The location is great and the layout for the room is great. We love the breakfast voucher to Reagan’s pancakes. Best breakfast around!

Spectacular

Liked: We just came up for a few days to see Christmas Lights and go to Dollywood for their Christmas Celebrations and we were super happy no more worrying about dirty carpet in motels here they have lip or tile and it is so nice

Very happy with the room,...

Liked: We did not use the breakfast pass. The location was very good. My cousins & I make a yearly shopping trip and this was the second stay here. We love the room especially with the second room. Our house keeper Tammy and her assistant (can't remember her name) were very helpful during our stay and very nice.
Disliked: We would have loved having a coffee pot in the room and onsite variety breakfast would be better than the pancake house passes but that is just our personal taste.
