Disappointing for the price I...

Liked: The location to the city is excellent, parking was easy and no extra cost. Reception staff was helpful and lovely.
Disliked: The room had dust build up on the fittings, the sheer door was broken, shower fittings were broken. The phone was not plugged in so had to use my mobile phone to call reception.

Liked: Excellent location. Museums, art galleries, eateries and shopping across the river is within walking distance from the hotel.
Disliked: The restaurant could offer a greater variety of food. it was also a little expensive.

Disappointing

Liked: The breakfast was okay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was reasonably close to everything.
Disliked: There were crumbs in the bed. No furniture on the veranda, wasn’t sound proof (we were woken up by neighbours banging on doors) was a bit dingy. The photos made it look a lot better than it was. Being called riverside you’d expect to see the river from somewhere. There wasn’t a bin or toilet brush in the bathroom.

Liked: Comfortable well maintained furniture, air con and lift. Lots of outdoor seating. Secure car park
Disliked: A little old and run down for the price point, just small things that have been overlooked.
