Liked: The customer service when checking in was satisfactory and the front desk clerk was helpful
Disliked: The qualities the rest of the hotel was poor, the open areas like the elevator and walkway to the room were dirty and unappealing. Then upon opening the hotel room door, the entire room smelled musty, and the furniture and beds were all very poor quality. There is still Pieces of trash on the floor in the AC unit was extremely loud. The room was at all times either too hot or too cold.
