Overall great stay. Would stay...

Liked: Beautiful lodge with easy access to restaurant.
Disliked: Misleading listing on the website that all rooms were facing the river. The room we got the balcony was facing the parking lot so not much views there. We could have easily upgraded but thats too much of a hassle after check in. The bed was not the most comfortable (tossing all night).

Disliked: No elevator and lots of stairs to our second floor room with many packages.

It worked perfectly for what...

Liked: The room was large and comfortable. The closet was well-supplied with hangers. They offered an unusual entertainment: showing a movie while you are in the swimming pool or dangling your feet in the water! They also offered shuttle service to the Redmond/Bend airport, which I used on my way back home. I only wish I had known about it at the beginning because it was cheaper than the Uber ride from the Redmond/Bend airport to the hotel. The driver was friendly and informative.
