Lots of entertainment, was ok...

Liked: Staff was excellent, I feel the motel was over priced and I had high expectations due to the price.
Disliked: I felt the lobby was just thrown together. There wasn’t a flow. Even the gift shop looked like they were just trying to fill empty space. I was on the third floor. The toilet had issues not enough pressure for objects to go down. Still worked.

Great place to stay and...

Liked: I chose this hotel because it had 24 reception and a fucntioning restaurant on site, and it was indeed great to have these services available. Especially in the winter, it is really appreciated not to have to go out of the property to find a pleace to eat in the evening. Live entertainment was a bonus. Staff all around th hotel were very attentive to our needs and very friendly. The poroperty is well maintained and clean and in a privileged location. Havinf a warm indoor pool and Spa was great.
Disliked: Breakfast. It is really sad that like so many other hotels, this one has not returned to a normal breakfast buffet after covid and instead just offers the "grab and go" breakfast, and a really poor one at that, with just prepapackaged (mostly unhealthy) items. The hotel has the kitchen and plenty of space to offer cooked breakfast and a decent breakfast buffet. It is very incovenient and time wasting to have to go out of the hotel to search for a decent breakfast before one can get on with one's plans for the day. Having breakfast at the hotel is the very basis of the "bed & breakfast" concept and a hotel of this category should be offering this at the very least.

Liked: the location and the staff were great. our room was fantastic and the view from our balcony was good. we watched very large ships pass through.
Disliked: this place needs an update. maintenance is quick to respond.

Liked: Great location. Nice hot tub. We were here in the off season so the restaurant was closed. But the bar was open and served food. They had live music Friday and Saturday. Staff is friendly. I would stay here again.

Disliked: The staff overbooked the property, many people in our party had issues.
