Liked: Location of River Rock was great. I needed to be up early to catch a flight and the ability to just hop on the SkyTrain right outside the building is excellent.
Disliked: My only negative was the lack of usb ports.

Liked: Room upgrade was a great surprise. Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Bathroom wasn't completely clean.Empty leftover shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles still in shower. Shower did not drain properly so you had to stand in dirty water. No bathroom fan operation.

Liked: The location was very convenient and the staff are super nice. the food we ordered for breakfast is also great.
Disliked: the bedsheeet has holes at the edge. the hairdyer is getting really hot to we had to stop at least 3x before we completely dried our hair. the parking was very far and it was cold long walk outside. accessing through the casino we are not allowed to bring our bottled water even if we are just going to our hotel.
