Liked: We had to pay for Parking:( I believe we should park for free. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was cordial and nice. It is well located.
Disliked: The bath was clogged and the room was not very clean. The pool was not very clean as well and some tiles were off place. This is dangerous.

Liked: The 5719 stanley street parking lot location was too far from the falls.
Disliked: A close parking lot to the falls

Disliked: The shower tab was clocked, water storing in the tab during the shower..

Bad

Liked: Room was very spatious.
Disliked: Upon check-in, the reception staff informed us of the breakfast details and timings. However, the following morning, we found the breakfast room closed and cleared out, despite it being within the communicated hours. After raising the issue with the staff, they acknowledged the miscommunication but made no attempt to offer an alternative solution or compensate for the inconvenience.
