Disliked: Breakfast a little underwhelming, and room quite small.

Liked: Great central location. Room was fresh and well appointed. Bed was comfy. Staff were attentive and friendly.
Disliked: Shame there is no onsite parking, but Rose Street car park is only a 5 minute walk away

Overall a good stay in...

Liked: Excellent location and friendly reception staff. The room itself was a good size, but was quite dusty. I have sinus allergies, so I went about wetting tissues and dusting the surfaces myself. I didn’t have the energy to raise the issue with the staff.

Disliked: i booked a superior room in january 21st for april 3rd it says on booking.com it has a laptop safe/a mini bar as well as chocolate for guests and that the entire unit is located on the ground floor the room we were given was on the third floor no laptop safe/ no mini bar /and no chocolate/ and not on the ground floor this was a pre-paid booking we were going to a concert so we booked in the room with our bags and went to concert. went back to hotel at 10.30 and noticed there was no mini bar etc so we looked at booking .com and we were given the wrong room wont be going back after paying for things we didnt get shame on you at the check in who ever you were you have taken money under false pretences
