Disappointing

Liked: Lady who met me was pleasant.
Disliked: I stayed in room 3.. bathroom really had a bad smell.. like blocked drains.. no hot water for the shower or sink to wash in. I requested breakfast at 7am. However at 7.15 nobody was present. I rang and was told they don't serve breakfast until8am even though it was agreed 7am.

Superb, clean hotel with a...

Liked: Have stayed here several times and every time is the same. Warm welcome, adequate room that is spotless. Breakfast is perfect and location is superb. Street parking outside the door (limited). 2 minutes from the town centre. Will stay here on every visit to Spalding
Disliked: Nothing at all
