Would never stay here again...

Liked: Nothing. Only the location. The room was very dirty. The tv was not working the desk staff said this remote was too hard for her & she didn’t know how to work it. (Direct tv) she was nice but I wanted to relax after driving.
Disliked: The room was dirty. It was noisy the entire night. Even after we called & complained nothing was done. We think drugs were being done in the roomAbove ours. They kept pounding on the ceiling all night long. It was very annoying & disrespectful.

Clean, well-run motel. Excellent location....

Liked: Good parking. Adjacent good restaurant. I rode by motorcycle from San Jose. (350 miles)

DISAPPOINTMENT

Liked: The only thing I liked about this Hotel/Motel was the housekeeper. She was kind, helpful and apologetic because I woke up with bite marks on my arms, shoulders and legs. There were little red bugs in the bed so I threw my clothes away, took a very hot shower and slept in a chair. I needed sleep because I was on my way to Reno, NV on my motorcycle. Upon checking out, the housekeeper immediately started removing the sheets, blankets etc. She was very sincere and upset about the situation. SHE WAS THE ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT THE RIVER INN. I thank her for making me feel comfortable in dealing with this. Rece Holland
Disliked: I was disappointed with the stay. I understand things happen that are uncontrollable but, waking up to bugs in your bed is unacceptable.

My experience at the hotel...

Liked: If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. The lobby smelled like old gym socks, and the decor was stuck in the 1970s. My “deluxe suite” was a cramped shoebox with a view of a brick wall, and the bed felt like a pile of rocks.There was absolutely nothing to like about this place. The customer service was atrocious, the staff seemed untrustworthy, and I felt unsafe the entire time. Don’t trust the pictures on booking.com of the hotel false advertising

The decor looks like it’s stuck in the 1970s, and the carpet is a sad, faded relic.Check-in was a circus; the staff seemed more interested in their phones than helping guests. My “deluxe suite” turned out to be a cramped shoebox with a view of a brick wall. The bed felt like a pile of rocks, and the shower had the pressure of a leaky faucet. The walls were paper-thin—I could hear every word of my neighbors' arguments. Breakfast was a tragedy: stale bread and coffee that tasted like it was brewed in a rusty can.In short, if you value your sanity, avoid this hotel at all costs. I'd rather sleep in my car than return!
