Liked: It was clean and quiet and the staff kind and conscientious.
Disliked: Nothing wrong with the property. It’s near the river that is a fine setting for a walk.

Nice little stay in Susanville

Liked: Good place to stay. Managed by an Indian family who were very caring. Definitely recommend the place. Grocery outlet at less than a minute's walk from the room.

Liked: the staff was super cool. the 1st guy gave me tips on the area and the 2nd guy actually helped me setting up my Chromebook . amazing customer service
Disliked: 1 little thing. I wish all 4 of my pillows weren't thick. if I could have got just 1 thinner one, I bought one from Walmart the 2nd night.

Comfortable stay in Susanville on...

Liked: Nice rooms, great shower, good central location. Good quality food for breakfast.
Disliked: Due to a mix up by office staff, we got two phone calls to our room and a knock on our door after 9 pm while we were trying to sleep. Apparently they made a mistake entering our room number and asked that we come to the office and sign paperwork again. We declined. They said not to worry and they’d take care of the problem. Other than that, everything was great.
