Overall a pretty accommodation with...

Liked: The river and adjacent town and mountain views were great. Hotel is right by the Seaside strip where most of the things are happening, so that was super convenient.
Disliked: the breakfast wasn't great, and it could have helped to have a few more items in the menu. There was also construction going on in the hotel so not all facilities were accessible, and the maintenance work started fairly early so we could hear the noises across the hall and around the room walls/roof.

Liked: The location was very good. The room and lobby was very clean, the staff was very nice.
Disliked: The juice machine was not working and the the only juice in the fridge was Cranberry. Would have liked an orange juice for breakfast

Liked: My wife and I have stayed here several times. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, there is plenty of parking, everything is within easy walking distance, and the prices are very competitive (in the off-season anyway; we never stay in Seaside in the summer).
