Liked: Excellent customer service and clean. The price was stellar for staying downtown. Appreciated the free luggage check the following day so we could explore downtown.

At the time of our arrival, the Memorial Day parade was being staged in the vicinity of the hotel. It would seem a courtesy e-mail or text could have been sent to suggest alternate routes or advise of street closing/opening. It would seem that all of the information required is at your fingertips.

Liked: Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Location was convenient for any plans - blocks away from anything you could want to do.
Disliked: Containers for ice were difficult to acquire. Perhaps placing one per room and extras at the ice station would work better.

I came into town for a concert and was pleased with the hotel overall.

Disliked: The heater was loud and woke me up sometimes, no microwave and no fridge. The carpet could be cleaner. All in still very good.

Liked: Staff was really nice. I could not find the hotel due to google maps taking me to lower street continously. He stayed on the phone with me patiently and guided me until I found my way there.
