Liked: Excellent customer service and clean. The price was stellar for staying downtown. Appreciated the free luggage check the following day so we could explore downtown.

At the time of our arrival, the Memorial Day parade was being staged in the vicinity of the hotel. It would seem a courtesy e-mail or text could have been sent to suggest alternate routes or advise of street closing/opening. It would seem that all of the information required is at your fingertips.

Liked: Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Location was convenient for any plans - blocks away from anything you could want to do.
Disliked: Containers for ice were difficult to acquire. Perhaps placing one per room and extras at the ice station would work better.

I came into town for a concert and was pleased with the hotel overall.

Disliked: The room was very small - almost as if one room was cut in thirds.

Disliked: For the floors 11- 24 there are 2 elevators but 1 was out of service for St Patrick weekend and there was a lot of people and long lines to go up.

Liked: It was overall easy to check in . The room was clean & cozy . Couldn’t complain about the stay.
Disliked: One of the elevator for floor 21 was out during my stay so it was either wait 39 mins to get up stairs or take the stairs . Decided to walk 20 flights of stairs up to the room. Wasn’t happy about that but could’ve been worse.

Liked: Good location and staff were friendly
Disliked: There were only two lifts going above the tenth floor. One was out of action for the two nights we were there requiring waits of 10-15 minutes at busy times.
