Liked: Excellent customer service and clean. The price was stellar for staying downtown. Appreciated the free luggage check the following day so we could explore downtown.

At the time of our arrival, the Memorial Day parade was being staged in the vicinity of the hotel. It would seem a courtesy e-mail or text could have been sent to suggest alternate routes or advise of street closing/opening. It would seem that all of the information required is at your fingertips.

Liked: Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Location was convenient for any plans - blocks away from anything you could want to do.
Disliked: Containers for ice were difficult to acquire. Perhaps placing one per room and extras at the ice station would work better.

I came into town for a concert and was pleased with the hotel overall.

Liked: Very nice staff and clean.
Disliked: The room was very small - almost as if one room was cut in thirds.

Liked: Very good location, comfortable bed, microwave and fridge.
Disliked: TV was a little bit off. I’m not sure what was the problem but the TV signal wasn’t stable.

Liked: The location is excellent. Our room was a little small and dark, but it was more than adequate and it was clean. The service was very good, everyone was helpful and friendly. A great value. We will definitely stay here again.
