Great location for exploring gatlinburg

We enjoyed our stay!

Liked: The beds were comfortable. Our Room was cleaned well. The shower had great water pressure. We loved how close it was to the strip and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.
Disliked: Everything was great.

Liked: Room is big and clean and comfortable.
Disliked: We had to repack and switch rooms because there was no cold water in our room just extremely hot. The guy at the front desk was super nice.

Liked: Very noisy. That is my only complaint. Nice and clean room. Supplied shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face soap, and make up remover wipes. Keurig machine in room (make sure you turn off. Ours was left on and went off all night until we finally figured out what one of the noises was). The included breakfast had coffee, cereal, honey buns, granola bars. Excellent location! Was very easy to walk everywhere in Gatlinburg.

Liked: First time staying downtown. It was conveniently located to walk and shop. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. My hubby says 10/10! It is an older place but can tell it’s been remodeled. The only complaints are the elevator floor rug was ripped and dirty and the steps were cracked in some places, but as an older building, that’s expected.

Pleasant
