Poor WiFi signal

Liked: View from the window over Lake Geneva was wonderful.Beds were comfortable, but the pillows were not. Additional pillows were provided after requesting them.Room was quiet, located on the 3rd floor.
Disliked: The pillows, as mentioned above. They were very thin, almost like trying to sleep on a folded towel and really didn't provide any support. We requested extra pillows for our 2nd night stay and these were provided which solved the problem.Wifi was practically non existent, what little service we did have in our room kept cutting out, which was frustrating when trying to stay in touch with people.

Liked: I love this hotel and always stay here when in Lavaux. The charming hotel is situated in a picturesque place overlooking the lake. It was recently renovated. It is quiet and clean. The breakfast is simple but delicious.
Disliked: I love everything

Liked: The location is great! Clean and spacious rooms with incredible views over the lake and mountains.
Disliked: The restaurant is a bit expensive, also they don’t have a lot of chicken options on their menu.
