Excellent location, comfortable room

Liked: Central location and our room was upgraded so we had a lovely spacious room. The staff member was very considerate in doing so to make sure I didn’t have to climb extra stairs due to foot injury. The location is so central and close to Luas, shops etc
Disliked: Breakfast service was slow - I had to remind staff about my order (a pot of herbal tea and a vegan cooked breakfast) my partner had finished their cooked breakfast before mine even arrived. (Also mine was presented on a platter so the food kept falling off, as there wasn’t enough room on the plate). There were lots of staff around but it still took ages to get anything - I waited nearly ten minutes to get a little bit of ketchup because they went to get some and forgot. It was all a bit chaotic.

Liked: Lovely hotel. My favourite place to stay in Dublin. Breakfast is always very nice and reasonable serving times. Excellent facilities. Staff always very attentive and efficient.

Disliked: Prices have increased a lot since I stayed with you last. For example, I paid €12.00 today for a latte and a cappuccino. In our local town, this would cost €7.00.
