Lovely hotel but definitely not...

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff and the room was spotless
Disliked: No wheelchair access they had a ramp that could be put down but each time you needed it you had to go get someone to put it down and it's not very sturdy. The person using it did not feel safe also the beds are very high and it was quite difficult for the lady that I was with to get onto the bed.

Liked: Great location and great staff mostly Front Desk / HKP and Restaurant staff The only thing I would recommend is for the Bell Boys be more attentive. My daughter and I exited at 6.30am today with 2 bags each and while they were standing there none offered to help us as they were busy talking to each other. But it’s a nice hotel with general great food and customer service
