One person one bed. Two? Get 2 beds so you have a place for your luggage and whatnot.

Liked: Clean and the breakfast buffet was great and was treated promptly and professionally.
Disliked: Nothing.

An enjoyable stay in Manhattan.

Liked: The hotel is located in the heart of midtown of which conveniently move up to uptown or move down to lower Manhattan.
Disliked: Limited amenities provided, such as toothpaste toothbrush shower caps slippers etc are not available for guests.

Superb

Liked: The location is great for shows and dining. Clean hotel, new. Bed comfortable. Staff attentive and accommodating. The bar happy hour service was great as well as breakfast. Food is very good. We would stay again!
Disliked: Bar happy hour 5-7pm. Drinks were awful (wait staff great.) Switched to beer after 1st round. Breakfast set up for coffee in the bar area was not ideal due to the buffet line.

It was horrible

Liked: The location was the best part
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable without full bedding and hurt our backs, the room was not cleaned, the thermostat did not work and was freezing both nights, and we were charged an anonymous $50 that was not returned.

Good hotel.

Liked: It's a Riu so of course you know in advance it's going to be good. Hotel is very clean, the room too. Breakfast various and good (although I would have liked fried eggs instead of omelet all the time). Most of staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I thought it would be a bit closer to Times Square (like the other Riu). Room could be a bit bigger (but then it's NY) and bed more comfy. But overall, all good. But I preferred the Riu Manhattan Times Square.What I really don't like, and it's the second time it happens, when you book a taxi through the hotel, the price given at the hotel and the price you eventually pay to the taximan is never the same (more or less 15-20$ more). Which is not correct.

Liked: The location was convenient.. the rooms was clean and comfortable, big choice of breakfast, was too tired to eat. If I vist Manhattan again I would definitely stay at the same hotel.
Disliked: Since the breakfast is cooked in big quantity I found the scrambled eggs cold, the taste was not to my liking... It would be nice if they had a live counter to have fried eggs
