Loved it, great location, lovely...

Liked: Great location, very central and accessible. Modern, clean, plenty of towels and good toiletries. Very professional, helpful staff. Nice breakfast options. Good bar area for coffee, drink or snack.
Disliked: The breakfast arrangements were slow with queuing most days, despite trying earlier or later times. The staff managed things as swiftly as they could and were very efficient in moving things along. The lifts were also extremely busy, not easy when arriving and departing with cases, however the bellboy assisted and made life much easier.

Liked: The lobby is like walking through a train station. Not very calm and inviting. People just sitting around waiting... The walls in the rooms are like paper. Woken up on 2 nights from screaming and shouting from a room across the corridor. Then another time came back to screams of sex pleasure. No issues with that but it was from the same room the fighting screams were coming from... felt like we were on a porn set!!Rooms and bathroom are beautiful. Bed really comfy. Shower water pressure quite weak. Staff helpful and friendly

This hotel is very clean,...

Liked: Nice breakfast Buffett. It was very crowded all morning however the hotel has a very efficient way of handling the crowd. At first, the line looks daunting, but in reality we were seated within 10 minutes.
Disliked: The revolving door at the hotel entrance was difficult to maneuver. Not sure why but it moved very slowly and would stop Casio g people to run into the glass door. We simply skipped the resolving door for our visit.

Nice stay

Liked: The location is the best, at the reception they are super friendly and quick.
Disliked: The revolving door was too slowly and the sensor didn’t recognize when people walk in. The security guy can be more relaxed and welcoming guest, they have a angry face.
