Disliked: No coffee machine or at least microwave, needed to go down to lobby to get hot water for my baby. The elevator times were outrageous and over packed.

Liked: Clean and well maintained, courteous staff.
Disliked: Although there was supposed to be a room with a city view, the room had no view and no privacy from the hotel opposite, I was disappointed that despite my request they did not change the room.

Liked: Location was amazing - 2 minutes from Times Square
Disliked: Nothing - we were aware before we came that breakfast was always busy and you had to get there early - but that didn’t bother us, we just grabbed a coffee from the cafe in the hotel (no queues) and just found somewhere out to get breakfast.

Disliked: Family rooms for 4 was too small. Did not like that beds were literally put right next to each other with no space in between.

Disliked: Getting on the elevator on check out day was a bit hectic. We staying on the 15th floor and actually had to take the stairs to the lobby. That’s how long & how packed the elevators were.
