Liked: The location of this hotel is perfect.
Disliked: The floor of the room was very bad, I think it was some kind of plastic, also the blankets were very bad quality, not suitable for a five star hotel.

Liked: The staff was really helpful and kind. Our room was ready ahead of time. Location is incredible and breakfast is superb.
Disliked: I would have liked it if the hotel provided at least a basic hygiene kit. Robes and slippers would have been highly appreciated.

Ruined our anniversary

Disliked: We were given a key to the room where other guests stayed. We saw them when we entered the room. When asked to provide a different room, we were told we were given a better room as an apology. Upon entering this room, we noticed that the windows had a view towards a restaurant that had a large event. All the people at the event could see inside the room. Also, the room had two separate beds instead of a king one that we paid for. We had to go to the reception again to ask for a different room. This time, we were told that the only room with the king bed that they had was the one with no view. We agreed because there was no other choice. All of that on our anniversary night.
