Great staff, great hotel

Liked: Location. Very close to everything. You can walk to Navy Pier. Fine big rooms.Rooftop bar
Disliked: At an absolute push I would say the water pressure in the showers could be stronger. I see other customers mentioned this.

The front desk staff was...

Liked: Descent breakfast
Disliked: The bathroom door to the shower and lavatory is just one, and when inside the lavatory the door won’t lock, and looks like the door doesn’t fit, because it does not close totally. The room is not that big, no laundry bag, no slippers, no microwave which are very essential.
