Overall it was a pleasant...

Liked: Great location near Ku-Damm. A really valuable feature of the hotel is free car parking, where you can leave your car after checkout, really welcoming staff, comfortable beds, rich and various breakfast, fast wifi.
Disliked: Rather tricky parking lot, located on the 12th floor- be ready for the “climbing”. We didn’t find a shoehorn in the room, and it would be nice to have slippers as well.

Liked: The room size was nice, and location
Disliked: The bed was terrible, had never been replaced, there was no room service or even water replaced every day. There was scaffolding surrounding thw building for maintenance and repairs which was not mentioned during the booking phase at all. We had to pay for an upgrade as they gave our queen bed room away even though we booked one. No amenities for the price really, just good location.

Liked: Nothing at all. Bad smell - worst bed and pillows The breakfast was the only good thing
Disliked: Very cold reception staff The manager Daniel had to intervene

Liked: There is a shopping mall close to the centre with many famous stores around it. The employees were friendly.
Disliked: I checked into the hotel on January 1st. I don't know if it was because it was busy, but my room wasn't cleaned very well. The restaurant was not operating.
