Terrible stay, do not recommend

Disliked: Recurring problems with elevator, needed to wait a lot to get to our room, old rooms, one over crowded pool, valet parking took 45 mins to get our car, bad quality food and beverages

Nice stay and good buffet.

Liked: Nice layout even when the weather was not ideal. The food was also very good for an all inclusive hotel.

Liked: - The rooms are great! Especially after the hurricane :)- Service is great too. Everyone is extremely nice and they are really fast to solve any problem.- Location is great if you want to stay at the "costera"
Disliked: - The hotel just doesn't have space in the public areas to accommodate the amount of people that come on a weekend or during high season. The small pool will have like 50 people in it, there are 45min long lines for check-in and check-out, etc.- The food is HORRIBLE.- Even though it's "forbidden" to reserve the loungers, the rule is not enforced at all. All loungers are reserved from 7AM until the evening...
