Good value, good staff, nice...

Liked: The pool area connected to the hotel is really nice, and even though its just by a bigger road, you cant really tell.All the staff i met was wonderful. On the weekends they also open a rooftop bar that was really nice. Also they have a popsicle bar thats very cute and nice in the Arizona heat !
Disliked: Nothing really negative to say about my stay here, but to nitpick, the shower could use some more pressure.As a tourist its a bit far from most sights and places to shop, but its all a short über ride away !

I was disappointed in stafff...

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Staff were not friendly and I was told prior to booking(after a phone call to the property) that I could have one of the rooms ( I booked 2 separate rooms) have a late check out without having to pay extra). When I got to the property, they charged me an extra $50. The purchase of late checkout was for daughter having to work…. And the wifi was not good. Very disappointing and expensive!

Liked: Liked the over all aesthetic of the room and check in staff was friendly. Bummed there was no hot water.
Disliked: Initially found the room cute but figured out it did not have hot water. I tried both the sink and shower. Both got slightly warm at best. I shared this with staff when checking out and the response was a verbal "sorry. I'll let someone know." A little disappointed there was no offer to make up for the inconvenience.

Okay place, clean, close to...

Liked: Location was fine, disappointing that website offers a vintage turntable in each room only to find none in the room. Also Happy hour complimentary drink was a pre-mixed fruit drink which wasn't very good and a less than hospitital staff once they found out you had a drink ticket. We said we wanted to order appetizers....they were disappointed we weren't there for dinner and were verbal about it and never came back to take our appetizer order. Very disappointing.
Disliked: Parking is tight, staff at dining facilities (across the parking lot) could have been less arrogant and more hospitital
