Liked: Staff, location & very nice view (IF facing the water) & restaurant all good.
Disliked: Small room. Had intentionally booked one with a king and a double to ensure decent amount of space, but the double was a Murphy bed and lowering it would have made an already small room even more uncomfortable. Bathroom also smaller than usual.

Liked: The rooms on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors offer a magnificent view of the Saint Laurent River, (complete with balconies). The rooms are spotless, well-presented, and well-equipped. Bathroom, towels, and bed linens were very clean :) The pool is great for families, and there’s also a sauna. For fans of Scandinavian baths, you can even leave the sauna and take a dip in the cold waters of the Fleuve Saint Laurent
Disliked: The only drawback is the check-in process and room service (where we experienced a 45-minute waiting on the phone). Unfortunately, there was only one staff member managing both phone calls and tourists checking in. RIOTEL should consider having two or more receptionists during peak hours.
