Good restaurants/bars within the hotel...

Liked: The hotel had a lot of options for drinks and food. The bar and the restaurant was very good. Breakfast had a lot of options. The location was good access to the business meeting location for next day. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The room locations within the hotel were a bit of a maze. The room was relatively small, but comfortable. I only stayed for 1 night. If I had to stay for few nights, it would have felt too small.

Liked: Just driving into the car park it gave the feeling of a super pick on our tour. Check in was excellent, room just lovely (large, modern and very comfortable). Restaurant was excellent with food and service of the highest quality. First night we had dinner outside (all undercover, well lit and just lovely setting and atmosphere with staff dressed in traditional costumes; food was superb), second was indoors due to wet weather but again just lovely with staff in traditional dress, same quality food; perfect. Breakfast was superbly laid out and easy to select from numerous enticing options. Just two nights but top quality ones. We were aware when booking that the hotel is not situated in a city but made for a perfect location on a long tour to relax and enjoy. Heidelberg is a relatively short drive for us and a great place to visit; very enjoyable day spent there before returning to the hotel. We will return.

Liked: It's a very nice property with typical German styling. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing.
Disliked: It could get a bit loud when people were leaving from a restaurant and the rooms overlook the parking lot.

Liked: Lovely new rooms, cute spa area, amazing food in the restaurant outside, nice walks around the area.
