Liked: Location is perfect. Safe and very close to cafe, shopping etc.
Disliked: Pillow and bed is not comfiy. So we get more pillow. on the other hand our room has family room. we have 1 more door, this is separate each room. Even though the door is locked, sound is come to our room directly. So please stay away family room because of silent.

Overall a very quiet, comfortable...
Liked: The room was extremely clean with a comfortable bed. A lovely view of the lake.
Disliked: The pillows were not comfortable at all and provided no support for your head. This made sleep difficult

Very nice hotel with good...
Liked: I booked the hotel based on my previous experience. It is located in the charming and peaceful neighborhood, Charlotenburg. It is well connected with Berlin International Airport (S9 line or R23 regional train). You may also easily reach city center and main attractions in Berlin by using U2 line. Close to the hotel are attractions which are not in Tourist Guides but per my perspective those are MUST if you are in Berlin, a castle Charlottenburg in the walking distance from hotel and Olympic Stadium in a few stops by train. Stadium is a piece of history and remarkable testimony about Berlin Olympics in 1936 and Nazi era. You may visit it with a guided tour or to watch football match of local club Hertha Berlin. There are plenty of restaurants and bars close to the hotel or you may enjoy drinking coffee on the hotel’s terrace with nice view on idilic lake.Stuff was very polite and helpful. Rooms are well furnished with a safety box for your personal belongings. Cleaning services is perfect too.
Disliked: I found water in the swimming pool a bit cold. You need good cardio training to get warm. Sauna is out of order unfortunately.
