Convenient hotel for Washington DC...

Liked: Wonderfully convenient location for national monuments, galleries, museums and subway. Attractive hotel. Great coffee for breakfast.
Disliked: Noise of air conditioning plant running all night. Nowhere to unpack suitcases (no drawers or cupboards). Only one chair in double room and too much space given over to mini bar items. Tiny shower room/WC and no grab rail in shower. Restricted menu for included breakfast (coffee OR juice, toast OR fruit, etc) rather than a self serve buffet.

Liked: Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, good location to visit the city
Disliked: I would have had bottled water at breakfast. I absolutely don't like the flavor of tap water in the US. When making a shower in the bathtub, a lot of water comes out on the floor.

Great stay

Liked: Atmosphere, cleanliness, staff’s kindness. Design elements in the caffe. Food and drinks.
Disliked: Small bathroom.

Disliked: No drawers in the room. They had to bring us small portable ones.A constant hum in the room - they couldn’t find the source of the noise.

dissapointing on all levels

Liked: location is great, breakfast is solid as long as they have enough room in the breakfast area... No idea how the hotel doesn't put hotel guests first.
Disliked: staff, service, room service food wasn't good, overpriced, very very poorly designed room and horrendous view into the courtyard for a "luxury" hotel
