Not worth the price.

Liked: The location was perfect!
Disliked: They put us in a much smaller room than we booked. Then offered to “upgrade” us for additional money even though the room they initially put us in was the wrong one. After speaking with them, they moved us to the correct room which was two times larger as expected. The room itself was fine but the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor (the stripping was curled). On Friday night, I asked them to have maintenance check . We left on Saturday morning around 8:30A, when we returned at 4:30P, our room still hadn’t been cleaned or the shower checked. The maintenance showed up and was going to correct the issue but we wouldn’t have been able to shower for the rest of the day which wouldn’t work for us. When I calmly expressed my frustration, three of the front guest staff just stared at me and said “Sorry” along with a number of excuses about why it wasn’t corrected. Overall, for the price, it was less than a great stay. I won’t be back.

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located, and the restaurant serves a delicious breakfast.
Disliked: I have noticed that I am frequently assigned rooms with the number ‘13’ at different hotels. At this hotel, I was given Room 713, which makes me wonder how room assignments are determined. As someone of Asian descent, I find this pattern concerning and would appreciate clarification.

Fabulous, welcoming, nothing was too...

Liked: Gorgeous room which was spacious. The DS Durga products were stunning. The gym is fabulous and the restaurant and bar are stunning. The bar had a great vibe and was packed- even on a Tuesday night!

Unnecessarily Frustrating

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful for any interaction we did have with them. Great Location for entertainment. Cafe was excellent and good service but make reservations if you want a guaranteed table. Great little GYM in Basement with up-to-date equipment. Room was Quiet (Standard King Room).
Disliked: You just about had to be a Contortionist to get to the Toilet and Shower room. The oversized door for this small area opened into the small room leaving it extremely hard to get in. Not sure anybody with a large frame could deal with this asinine design flaw. Also, there was some mold, scale and soap scum in the shower probably because it is hard to reach to clean. Also, on the second day during a short shower hot water ran out in less than 3 minutes. The only other issues were that we could never reach the front desk when dialing 0 as directed. Just kept ringing on multiple attempts.
