This motel is only bare basics!

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: There was no shampoo; no breakfast; AC was not sufficient.

STAY AWAY!!

Liked: We spent the day in Cherokee, NC and then went to the motel. Upon entering the room, noticed the carpet was soaking wet along the bathroom wall and ants crawling along the wall. My wife then saw two roaches on the table. I went to the office and told the person on duty about it and asked for another room. No rooms available, so I asked for a refund. Person said because it was after midnight, he could do $30. We had not been there all day and upon returning, we were there about half an hour before the water was discovered. This place should be avoided at all times, very disappointed. Had to drive 2 1/2 hours home at 1 am, because there was no where available to stay. Should have been a full refund.
Disliked: Everything. Motel person did not seem very concerned about the water or ants.

Good Budget Option

Liked: Super nice lady at the desk, easy check in process, comfortable bed, fridge was a nice size and worked well and the room was very clean, though small and dated.
Disliked: It was super cold in the room and there wasn't any way to change that. The door knob was wonky, as was the one in the bathroom but that's not a deal breaker.

Superb

Liked: neat place for the money - not too far from the casino
Disliked: Shower didn't have alot of water pressure

I hated it

Disliked: The room we stayed in had a horrible smell, the tv didn't work, the bed was very uncomfortable.

Ok

Liked: Very clean room.
Disliked: Walls to thin heard neighbors tv , and shower has little water pressure.

Disliked: Old run down and a little nasty sheets stained and bugs in bathroom

Liked: The staff was super friendly and kind. Very helpful and made every attempt to make my stay better. Such a nice family.
