Liked: A bath with a shower, usually nowadays only a shower. Straighteners as well as a hairdryer!! Whoop, whoop! Plenty of coffee for the machine and fresh milk on a jug instead of UHT portion milk. Very clean and a very comfy bed. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great location too. Although we didn't eat in the restaurant it looked fabulous. I will look at booking again on my next visit to Edinburgh. Thank you for providing a great little gem!

Great location, trendy rooms, good...

Liked: The hotel is in a great location with easy access to everything in central Edinburgh. Although it's in the city centre we found the bedroom quiet and had no issues with outside noise. The room was stylishly decorated with excellent facilities and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the communication prior to our arrival was quiet and efficient.
Disliked: The brunch service was perhaps a little inattentive but this is being picky (the food was excellent) . . . but the following morning breaking was very fast and we were really pleased with the vegetarian option.

Liked: Staff were friendly and it was a lovely room! Great decor and toiletries! Really central and easy to get to. Would definitely stay again!
Disliked: Would have loved an earlier check in option although great we could drop our bags and they were put in our room for our check in time.

Liked: We basically stayed overnight so I don’t know much except we had great service for our late dinner and the staff was very kind and polite and we enjoyed our quick visit!
Disliked: No complaints!

Liked: Room was amazing, bed was comfortable and the complimentary water was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and attentive and the breakfast was delicious!
Disliked: The bathroom was a tad small but that's being a bit picky to be honest.
