Comfortable but sleep-disturbed

Liked: Room away from bustle of restaurant, comfy bed, good shower and towels, gadgets, space.
Disliked: Noise and light from the street below. Revelry late at night and bin lorries emptying glass at 6am, followed by other noisy commercial vehicles. The blackout curtains didn't make the room dark, and I could hear conversations from the street through the double glazing. Expensive considering I was solo and breakfast not included. Also very unclear as to which rooms are on which floor, as no signage - and the staff didn't know either. No lift.

Pleasant

Liked: Rooms were modern, clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was also fantastic
Disliked: Having to walk through a crowded bar and standing round waiting for someone to check us in as staff seemed to be run of their feet. It would be good if there could be a seperate check in area as it’s not ideal when you have suitcases etc.
