Disappointing,so basic.

Liked: Little,new owner approached us seeking information regarding stay with intent to improve. Doubt how 8.5 rating achieved.
Disliked: No bathmat,no fly screen on window,only 2 mugs,2 teaspoons,2 water & wine glasses,long life milk out of date,curdled in tea.

Comfortable beds with no sleep

Liked: The room was beautiful and very comfy, staff are super friendly
Disliked: The noise from the pub and road is terrible, I couldn’t sleep. The food from the pub was also disappointing. I was there for a week and was hoping to save money by eating frozen meals for dinner, there is no microwave in the room to do this.
