Disliked: Beds are too soft, and there’s a lot of noise from the road (the windows are not sound proof enough).

Disliked: Very warm rooms even when it was raining out. A fan was provided which did help but still humid throughout the night in the hallways and rooms

Better than the cabin style...

Liked: Nice staff, the breakfast was delicious, for Copenhagen was quite good value.
Disliked: A little dated round the edges, no AC for the price point

Liked: Ground floor was attractive and spacious on entering and staff were great. Our room had a balcony which was lovely to sit out on when sunny. Excellent breakfast. Only 10 minutes walk from station
Disliked: Room was very small but we did book a small twin!

Certainly not what I was...

Liked: To be fair, the breakfast was very nice and the dining room was cosy.
Disliked: I was quite disappointed by our stay at Richmond.First and foremost, during our stay in Copenhagen, the weather was very hot and there was no way to cool the room down since there was no AC, and leaving the windows open led to insects flying in and, more importantly, terrible noise from the road.The fact that the shower in the bathroom was leaking even after the quickest wash was inconvenient because the bathroom was very small, so the towel got soaked immediately.This brings me to my next point that the housekeeper did not change our towels for some reason (not even mentioning that the second day, they did not even bother to come).Compared to all of the above, the fact that the bed linen did not stay on the mattress even after brief sitting on the bed (came off completely during the night) or that our keycards sporadically worked and did not work, seem just like a nuisance.

Liked: Breakfast was great
Disliked: It had a wet bathroom…couldn’t keep anything in there and floor became slippery when wet.No ventilation, room was very stuffy.Mattresses were thin, no support.

Really close to the Central...

Liked: Friendly staff, clean. Purchase the room with breakfast included ( not a bad deal at all).
Disliked: No air conditioning… we were there during a heat wave. At least , we had a fan. Difficult to keep the windows open because of the trains nearby.
